Requirements:
Education in computer science, software development 计算机科学或软件开发相关教育背景
Customer service skills, good team working & communication skills 具备客户服务技能,良好的团队合作与沟通能力
Remote problems solving & analytical capabilities 远程问题解决与分析能力
Process driven way of working 流程驱动的工作方式
English speaking/writing skills 英语口语与书面能力
