To strengthen our Sales Team in China, we are looking for an experienced Scientific Laser Sales Engineer who can drive business growth in the research and scientific laser market. If you have a strong technical background in photonics and proven sales experience, we look forward to receiving your application.
- Responsible for market promotion and sales of scientific laser products, expanding customer resources
- Communicate with customers technically, provide customized solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in formulating sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, academic conferences, and industry events
- Collect and analyze market dynamics and competitor information to provide feedback for product optimization
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers in universities and research institutes
- Collaborate with marketing activities and support the sales team with technical expertise
- Work independently in a high-tech environment with cutting-edge laser technology
Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Optics, Electronics, or related fields; Master's degree preferred
Strong interest in laser technology and related applications, with good learning ability
At least 2 years of sales experience in optoelectronic products, especially laser products; candidates with existing customer resources are preferred
Excellent English skills, especially in writing and oral communication
Good communication skills and customer service awareness, able to adapt to business travel
Familiar with university and research institute customers; candidates with user base are preferred
Proficient in office software and CRM systems
Strong business negotiation skills and market development capabilities
Experience with CW lasers, ultrafast lasers, and fiber laser systems
Existing network in Chinese universities and research institutions
Experience with spectroscopy, microscopy, or quantum optics applications
