- Extensive IT software engineering experience in software development with Agile methodologies. Experience with frontend and testing is an advantage.
- Proficient knowledge in GCP and Ali Cloud is essential.
- Knowledge of “Talk is cheap. Show me the code” - Linus Torvalds (2000) Hands-on engineering capabilities in state-of-the-art technologies is a must
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including scalable design patterns, security, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
- Experience in leading a team, conducting code reviews, and test case reviews.
- Ability to rapidly build and set up PoC environments with Cloud, Container, etc.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages, such as Java, Python, Golang, or Node.js.
- Dockers and Kubernetes operating experience
- Linux maintenance and troubleshooting skill
