Job Responsibilities

Lead Greater China employer branding communications with holistic strategic planning and execution excellence, integrate company culture into core communications to build P&G as the best employer of choice.

Be responsible for branding campaign delivery, pr events, media & social media planning and execution to drive equity, top of mind awareness and share of voice.

Manage relationships with external agencies and KOLs to drive third party support.

Collaborate with internal cross-function team to achieve core Talent outcomes.

Protect P&G recruiting reputation with professional issue and crisis management skills.

Qualification Required

Bachelor’s degree or above, PR/Marketing related major preferred.

Be familiar with social media platforms like Red, WeChat and BiliBili, with strong content sensitivity.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English & Chinese).

Excellent strategic thinking and coordination ability with strong learning agility.
