Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the entire procurement process of parts, establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with suppliers, and ensure 100% on-time delivery to meet production requirements.

Implement comprehensive inventory control strategies, monitor inventory levels dynamically, and maintain optimal and reasonable inventory positions to minimize overstock, stock-out risks and related costs.

Proactively participate in the launch of new projects/initiatives, providing professional support in material planning, supply chain coordination and related process alignment for new program rollouts.

Fulfill other duties and tasks assigned by superior departments or management.
Key Competencies

Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

At least 5 years of material management experience, with proficiency in parts procurement processes and inventory control practices.

Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for material and inventory management; strong data analysis and report preparation capabilities.

Excellent supplier relationship management, communication and cross-departmental coordination skills; strong risk awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented, highly responsible, able to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Good English reading and writing skills, capable of handling English technical documents and supplier communication materials independently.
