We’re seeking a collaborative, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join the Global Integration Solutions (GIS) team. GIS drives critical components of Wayfair’s supplier integration strategy—building and deepening relationships with third-party service providers, maintaining and improving service quality post-onboarding, and partnering with technology teams to continuously enhance the supply-chain technology ecosystem to provide greater functionality and increased offerings to our supplier base. As the Manager, GIS Asia, you will operate at the core of e-commerce, at the intersection of customers, suppliers, and technology.
In this role, you’ll shape Wayfair’s Asia ERP and third‑party service provider ecosystem, building strategic partnerships that expand our Vendor Marketplace offerings and unlock scalable, high‑quality services for suppliers across the region. You’ll combine market research, vendor and supplier relationship management, and data‑driven decision making to define and execute the roadmap for third‑party service providers—from vendor discovery and onboarding to ongoing performance management. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want to sit at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and technology, driving the future of Wayfair’s Asia supply chain integration landscape.
What You'll Do
Build a deep understanding of the Asia ERP and non‑ERP (service provider) landscape, using market research, regular vendor-supplier touchpoints, and close partnership with the Acquisition team to shape our vendor partnership roadmap.
Identify and engage ERP and non-ERP service providers as strategic partners, pitch partnership with Wayfair and its benefits, negotiate solutions to friction points, and lead them through successful onboarding to Wayfair’s Vendor Network.
Own the vision and roadmap for the Asia third party service provider space, including Vendor Marketplace and integrations, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partnering closely with the tech and operations team.
Expand and enhance vendor integrations to increase API coverage by certifying new or existing vendors, working closely with tech and geo leads to unlock scalable, high‑quality integration options for our suppliers.
Use data and analytics (in partnership with the analytics team) to prioritize integration opportunities, monitor performance, and drive improvements against KPIs.
Own the Asia ERP and Non-ERP vendor certification process and work with cross functional teams to bring new vendor types to the vendor marketplace.
Act as a subject matter expert on integrations with Asia vendors, building strong relationships with ERPs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives with geo leads and partner teams to improve the end‑to‑end vendor and supplier experience across Asia.
Continuously assess and refine internal processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall supplier integration experience.
Independently lead high‑impact projects and clearly communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership and cross‑functional partners.
