As a core member of the GC Channel Sales Operations team, the VOC Program Specialist bridges consumer behavioral insights with reseller channel execution. By applying psychological and behavioral methodologies to decode large-scale, unstructured consumer feedback, you will identify hidden purchasing barriers and true consumer intents. You will translate these insights into actionable proactive enablement materials and sales actions, ultimately optimizing the customer journey and maximizing sales conversion across our offline and online reseller networks.

Behavioral Data Analytics & Intent Decoding - Process and analyze massive volumes of unstructured customer dialogue using psychological frameworks. Decode cognitive biases and emotional drivers to pinpoint exactly where and why consumers hesitate during the purchasing journey.
Sales Enablement & Content Structuring - Translate complex consumer pain points into clear, highly effective sales tools. Formulate product/program FAQ’s, instructional messaging, and operational guidelines for reseller networks to directly address consumer concerns and help close sales.
Sales Barrier Identification & Resolution - Continuously monitor VOC data to uncover early-warning signals of consumer dissatisfaction or product misconceptions. Proactively flag and address these hidden roadblocks before they negatively impact sales performance.
VOC-Driven Cross-Functional Orchestration - Serve as the central VOC intelligence hub for China Sales Operations. Translate raw consumer feedback into structured, data-backed narratives to align cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that customer insights directly shape and optimize the execution of sales initiatives across all reseller tiers.
Preferred Qualifications
Interdisciplinary Academic Background - Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Communication Studies, Information Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences. Candidates bridging behavioral analysis with communication frameworks are strongly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
Consumer Psychology Acumen - Deep understanding of decision-making psychology, cognitive biases, and behavioral triggers. Proven ability (including rigorous academic research) to apply observational methodologies to human behavior and complex information processing.
Analytical to Execution Capability - Strong aptitude for navigating massive datasets of unstructured text. Comfortable partnering with technical/data teams to distill statistical "noise" into structured, actionable business recommendations for sales leaders.
Content & Enablement Expertise - Exceptional professional writing and information structuring skills. Demonstrated experience in complex content production, editorial coordination, or information dissemination to craft compelling, flawless FAQs and sales enablement materials.
Business Communication & Insight Articulation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to cut through the noise of unstructured consumer language, distilling complex emotional feedback into highly concise, objective business summaries that drive rapid decision-making among senior sales leadership.
AI Tool Proficiency - Basic proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools or LLMs to accelerate text summarization, data extraction, and content generation.
