In this capacity, you will be responsible for handling Sales/ business development activities alongside purchase coordination to support the group companies operations and growth.
Job Description - Sales / Purchase Coordinator
A. Purchase Role Responsibilities
1. Core Responsibilities
1. Handle all purchase related activities with CHINA suppliers for EAS-Dubai office and, EAL-Hong Kong office clients within China.
2. Coordinate inquiries between the EAS Dubai team and China suppliers, ensuring timely receipt of quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and required documentation.
3. Conduct price comparisons (where applicable) and verify discrepancies with suppliers before sharing with the Dubai team.
4. If and when required, liaise with customer’s team(One Major Customer based in Middle-east) for any technical requirements and to coordinate with China based suppliers to obtain and share relevant documents.
5. Manage payment and shipment coordination with suppliers, logistics partners and Customer’s (tanker) logistics team.
6. Manage end-to-end purchasing activities with the EAT (2nd Dubai team) including sourcing for in-house brand RED, covering the full cycle from inquiry to after-sales service and warranty support.
7. Leverage presence in China to identify and onboard competitive global suppliers (particularly those accessible through Chinese client networks) to support EAS/EAL procurement at improved pricing and terms.
8. Develop and expand the supplier base for Chinese brands beyond existing suppliers, ensuring diversification and competitiveness.
B. Sales/Business Development Role Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales from existing China-based customers and manage the full sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and payment coordination.
2. Expand the customer base by visiting and onboarding new customers across Chinese cities, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers.
3. Explore and develop sales opportunities in East Asia and other international markets for Chinese genuine parts through online outreach and if required, in-person visits to onboard new clients.

Work Timing: 8AM – 6PM (Dubai/UAE time)

Work Location : We don’t have a permanent office in China; But our Supplier Partners are based in Hangzhou. So the Candidate may Work from Home co-ordinating with Suppliers in Hangzhou/Shanghai,etc and travel whenever needed.
