About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Temporary Videographer to accompany the CEO of a U.S. company during an upcoming trip to Shanghai, starting around August 31st.
Your primary focus will be capturing dynamic, high-quality raw footage of social events, daily activities, and business/networking outings to be repurposed into social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Vlogs).
This role requires 4 to 6 hours of shooting per day.
What We Cover (Perks & Expenses)
- Fully Covered Expenses: All transportation, meals/food expenses during work hours, and event admission tickets or venue access fees required for shooting will be fully provided by the company.
- Equipment Provided: Camera, microphone, and standard audio/video accessories will be provided (you are also welcome to bring your preferred gear if desired).
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany and film the CEO during social gatherings, events, cultural activities, and behind-the-scenes travel moments.
- Capture high-quality vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) video footage suitable for social media editing.
- Manage and organize daily raw footage files for easy transfer to our video editing team.
- Work collaboratively to spot engaging moments, visuals, and dynamic angles on the go.
Requirements
- Fluency in English OR Spanish.
- Availability starting around August 31st for 2 to 3 weeks.
- Proven experience filming video content, handheld footage, or mobile/vlog-style video production.
- Good understanding of framing, lighting, and clear audio capture in social and active environments.
- Flexibility and adaptability while traveling.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and punctuality.
