Act as the commercial architect linking cost structure, market pricing, and margin optimization to drive sustainable share gain.
Acts as a regional thought leader on cost and pricing. Drives alignment across PM, Sales, R&D, Sourcing, and Finance without direct authority.
Challenges assumptions and pushes for fact-based, margin-focused decisions. Translates strategy into execution with clear ownership, cadence, and measurable outcomes in APAC across Auto/ICT/Industrial/Medical sensors.
The position holder will drive the VAVE initiatives, strategic partnership creation in supply chain, monitor fluctuations in raw materials, manufacturing costs, logistics, tariffs to product cost fluctuation early warning mechanism to provide timely adjustments to pricing for the APAC PM organization.
Reporting to reginal Product management leader, working closely with Product Managers, Sales, R&D, ME, Sourcing, Quality, Ops, Finance to build the cost improvement plan for NPDs, Lead the Sustaining projects to achieve GM targets and gain new shares.
