A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an assistance account manager at Dongguan area , you will partner with EL South China S&TS team to manage assigned EL customers at the response location. In this role, you will report to the Area/Key Account Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Assist in identifying new opportunities, applications, segments, and markets for products and capabilities. You will do this by getting to know our products and capabilities and by recognizing market and customer dynamics and drivers
- Build solid relationships with customers at multiple levels in the organization and with internal functional groups
- Work as a team with other MKS Sales Territory Managers and Inside Sales ans Service Engineers (ISE) to grow total business
- Develop and execute strategies for territory and specific accounts and provide accurate orders forecast to Sales Management
- Attend tradeshows, conferences and make other visits (up to 30% travel)
- Manage and maintain orders pipeline and opportunities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Identify, collect, and disseminate sales best practices, customer requirements, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of business
- Oversea Travel Requirements: Up to 10 % of Travel is required for China +1 projects.
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of related experience required
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Operates in a professional office environment
- Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
- Capable to communicate by English in written and dialog is preferable.
