You support our team as
- Leads the project team through each phase of the projects/ECR, main project contact internally after nomination (GR1-GR5)
- Identify the project requirements correctly (goals, timeline, customer expectations, limitations and constraints, resource)
- Ensures convergence with project objectives
- Keeps the balance between the project constraints and deliver customer satisfaction
- Identifies, assesses and resolves risks proactively, manages the escalation process in order to treat critical project risks with appropriate support
- Reporting on project status/Gate review
- Bachelor/Master degree. Engineering background is preferred
- Understands and utilizes the following tools: Teamcenter, MS office, Multi Project Board, Customer project management portal
- Local language, fluent in English
- Cross functional leadership and communication, problem solving, time management, ability to motivate others, ability to stay calm under pressure
- PMP certification is preferred
