Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves and what the senior analyst will perform:
Procurement Operations & Request Management
- Process procurement requests accurately and timely for managed clients and internal accounts
- Execute routine procurement and finance-related tasks under moderate supervision
- Assist and coordinate sourcing initiatives and vendor onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities
- Support ad-hoc procurement activities and projects
Data and Compliance Management
- Update and maintain supplier and contract information in procurement systems
- Ensure data accuracy for reporting outputs and maintain Productivity Tracker
- Support data improvement initiatives
- Monitor and maintain supplier pre-qualification and compliance standards to ensure it meets internal requirements and regulatory standards
Stakeholder Communication
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Communicate effectively on routine procurement matters within the team
- Provide clear information and explanations to reach agreement on standard issues
- Escalate priority issues to senior personnel when necessary
Operational Support
- Evaluate processes, identify problems, and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Address routine issues requiring interpretation or deviation from standard procedures
- Support special projects and initiatives across Procurement teams
Performance objectives
Personal Effectiveness:
- Set and achieve performance targets with direct supervisor guidance and monitor own progress regularly
- Process procurement requests accurately, on time, and within service level agreements
- Complete assigned tasks and projects with regular supervisor consultation
Decision Making:
- Resolve routine problems independently and escalate non-routine matters to supervisor promptly
- Submit process improvement suggestions and implement approved solutions after consulting with direct supervisor
- Make appropriate adjustments to work methods for routine operational issues
Relationship Building:
- Conduct open, collaborative relations with superiors, peers, and clients while maintaining positive stakeholder satisfaction
- Gain respect of JLL personnel and clients through professional conduct
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders across diverse procurement activities to support team objectives
Communication:
- Respond to stakeholder communications promptly and resolve routine inquiries with minimal escalation
- Provide clear explanations and information to reach agreement on standard issues
- Demonstrate strong listening skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities when communicating with subject matter experts
Key skills
Practical knowledge of procurement systems
Relevant work experience in customer support, procurement, or administrative roles handling service requests
Ability to execute routine procurement tasks under moderate supervision, resolve standard problems, and escalate non-routine issues appropriately
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines accurately
Effective written and oral communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Self-management capability with willingness to seek supervisor guidance when needed
Proficient in MS Office skills, skilled in MS Excel, analytical and reporting skills

Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in procurement services, vendor management, contract administration, or client-facing support roles are highly regarded
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization; explains procurement practices and policies clearly
Demonstrated experience working in multi-disciplinary team environments with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects with competing timelines while demonstrating urgency in completing objectives on time
Flexible attitude, detail-oriented approach, and ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player
