JOB FUNCTION
- 物流运输计划安排： 发货安排：按时根据系统报表制作发运表格安排当天订单发运 工厂仓库备完货后有需要的情况下配合系统结单，打印发货单给物流公司提货；

负责物流运输发货安排，联系物流公司协调提货车辆、提货时间，确保货物按照合同要求日期到达客户收货地址等； 运输回单的收集、核对、管理； 其他和订单发运相关的工作

对账工作安排： 每日运输账单和运输公司进行核对，月底进行总账单的整理，确保准确性，做好费用charge，次月1号完成预提报表的制作和上传; 每月10日前与运输公司完成账单核对并反馈账单中心；

货物在途跟踪： 每日查看货物在途表格，做好跟踪，异常情况及时处理和反馈； 物流公司在途破损及时安排补货，处理买赔扣款工作；

及时处理公司其他部门对物流运输方便的咨询或投诉 供应商管理： 定期进行供应商资质审核，按照SOP进行车辆审核；

供应商KPI统计供应商评估打分(每月2号完成)，退货处理，客户回访(不少于当月发货客户数量的20%)，每日交付抽查(不低于20%)； 物流数据分析，月度报告，汇报PPT等制作；

Support部门SAP 项目的相关工作； 配合年终盘点的安排 完成主管交代和安排的其它工作；
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历;
-
Bachelor degree or above;
-
熟悉物流供应商运作，有数据统计及报表分析工作二年以上;

Familiar with the operation of logistics suppliers, with data statistics and report analysis for more than two years;

熟练使用EXCEL（特别是函数方面，宏，VBA等）， PPT，SAP, Oracle等软件;
-
Proficient in EXCEL (especially in functions, macros, VBA, etc.), PPT, SAP, Oracle and other software;

英语水平流利,能够熟练进行英文书写、口语和听力交流
-
Fluent in English proficiency, able to communicate fluently in English writing, speaking, and listening;

能够承受一定的工作压力，做事细心，对数据敏感，良好的沟通、协调能力。

Can work under certain pressure, work carefully, sensitive to data, good communication and coordination ability.
