Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Full life cycle recruitment responsibilities, including but not limited to below:
Prepare job description/announcement/offer
Verify effective recruiting channels (both internal and external).
Partner with hiring manager to identify position requirements and key competencies needed.
Job posting, candidate sourcing, pre-screen telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference checks and all other duties as it relates to the needs of the Recruiting Department.
Co-operate with corporate HR on other relevant administration where applicable.
Maintain CV Talent Pool.
Candidate pipeline development and proactive network generation.
Participate in special recruiting projects and initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Improve staffing efficiency.
Upgrade site level recruiting capability
Prepare weekly/monthly report if needed.
Promote and improve Gates employer image and involve in HR Wechat
Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Keys to Success
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market
Supervisory Responsibilities
None
Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree.
Proactive & good communication skills with all levels.
Over 5 years’ working experience, with proven success in high
Good command of written and spoken English
Stress tolerance& frequent over time.
Headhunter background is desirable.
