We are currently looking for restructuring professionals for an international public accountancy, in this role you will manage a team to deliver projects on financial review; insolvency; liquidation; NPL and corporate recovery, which include:
Plan scope of work, monitor, supervise and review work of staff on relevant engagements
Prepare reports and report of findings in a timely manner
Travel to different international and Chinese cities
Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation
Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in related disciplines
Certificate of CICPA, HKICPA or other relevant qualification
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Substantial understanding of corporate recovery; restructuring; liquidation; insolvency and exit strategy
Fluent Chinese and English language skill
Diligent and a good team player
Strong analytical skill and able to write quality report within short time frame
