As the Maintenance Supervisor of the Fragrance & Beauty Division in our Changzhou site, you will ensure production equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, and build a sustainable technical talent pipeline.
You will

Lead the team to perform daily troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation & control systems to ensure smooth operation of production. Conduct regular equipment inspections and drive improvement initiatives to continuously reduce downtime.

Manage the team to utilize the system for planning and executing preventive maintenance, ensuring all production equipment, instruments, and control systems keep in good condition.

Oversee spare parts and inventory management through the maintenance system, ensuring critical equipment spares are accurately tracked and sufficiently stocked

Identify and eliminate quality and safety risks during daily work, ensuring full compliance with EHS standards and risk assessment methodologies.

Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to achieve cost savings and productivity gains, and ensure the team meets assigned KPIs.

Develop team members’ technical skills and teamwork capabilities through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve weak points in equipment performance.

Your professional profile includes

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrument & Control Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within the chemical, food, flavour/fragrance, or process manufacturing industry.

Proven hands-on expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Solid understanding of EHS standards and risk assessment tools.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience integrating or leading multi-disciplinary technician teams.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities across functions

Strong technical background in electrical, instrumentation, and automation disciplines.

Fluent in both Chinese and English (able to read technical manuals, write reports, and communicate with global suppliers)

Good command in MS Office and SAP basics
