Process incoming purchase requisitions by creating and releasing purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner.

Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, including tracking, expediting, and confirming delivery dates to align with production needs.

Negotiate prices and payment terms for low-threshold transactions to meet cost-efficiency targets.

Maintain and update supplier master data in the system to ensure accuracy and integrity of procurement information.

30% Supplier Performance & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding order-related communications, such as delivery schedules and potential delays.

Monitor supplier on-time delivery (OTD) and quality performance, escalating persistent issues to strategic procurement or supplier quality management.

Address and resolve routine supplier performance issues to ensure continuity of supply.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including requisitioners and order management, to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.

Identify and suggest opportunities for process optimization, such as bundling purchase orders or optimizing minimum order quantities (MoQ).
