1. To gather and have analysis on latest policies of Price Bureau, Medical Insurance Bureau, Bidding authorities, Public Health Bureau, etc. regarding relevant influences and potential opportunities, and make reports to company decision-making as well as to provide solutions & suggestions.
2. Be responsible for national-wide bidding information collection, sorting, report and work with sales team & distributors to implement regional bidding works.
3. To collect feedback information from hospital customer, local government and bidding internet platform, etc. to establish standard internal process of bidding affairs and establish bidding data pool and have relevant analysis.
4. Be responsible for preparation, coordination for bidding cases and make bidding documents accordingly.
5. To standardize and making documents, keep eyes on bidding trend of medical/Dental industry and give timely feedbacks.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in tender/bidding management, proposal writing, or market access, good track record of organizing tender/bidding in previous national VBPs
