Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and organizing regulatory dossiers for new flavoring substances.
Support the collection, compilation, and preliminary drafting of technical documentation for new flavor substances.
Assist in preparing regulatory documentation related to flavor submissions and registrations.
Review and summarize domestic regulations related to flavors and flavorings.
Review and summarize international regulations, standards, and technical guidelines related to flavor substances.
Support the team in researching regulatory and technical reference materials.
Provide day‑to‑day assistance on flavor regulatory and technical projects.
Support general administrative and coordination tasks related to flavor regulatory activities.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Undergraduate or postgraduate student (Bachelor’s or Master’s level); major not strictly limited.
Preferred academic background in flavors, food science, chemistry, applied chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or related fields.
College English Test (CET‑4) or above, with the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
Prior academic background or internship/work experience in the flavors or food industry is a plus.
Diligent, responsible, and detail‑oriented, with strong learning ability.
Positive attitude with a proactive and self‑driven mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team.
How Would You Stand Out?
Availability to work at least three days per week and commit for a minimum of six months .
Prior work or internship experience in the same or related industry is preferred.
Good spoken English skills are a plus.
