Work Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in areas such as Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing Research, B2B, B2C, or B2G Marketing, New Product Launches, Campaign Management or equivalent.
Relevant industry/market/distribution know-how.
Strong communicator - good presentation skills & negotiations skills.
Ability to represent Philips externally as brand ambassador
Good strategic thinking/business planning
Able to build and manage a sizable team with domain experts
Continuous Improvement / Problem solving capability
