Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
IPL, defined as the supplier industrial project leader. Mandatory required for requirements 1-6. And general requirements 7-13
1. Intercultural
- Has a command of the language and takes into account the defining features of his/her correspondents' culture in behavior and relationships
2. Project management (or interdepartmental work)
- Participate in or drives management of an interdepartmental project or a sub-assembly. Heads the multidisciplinary team in charge of the project

5. Risk management
- Implement measures to ensure the safety of people and property and/or to minimize product/process risks
6. Supplier Design Review and Milestones Management
- Implement and manage design Reviews and ensure compliance to APQP
7. Build Quality assurance. Lead the progress approach
- Manage and promote quality assurance in order to optimize performance, specifically using progress and improvement plans
8. Analyze quality performance and participate in building quality
- Conducts quality and non-quality analyses Implements actions to attain quality objectives
9. Research, Diagnose, Investigate non-quality issues
- Analyzes situations, identifies dysfunctions, and performs audits.
Investigates product and system non-quality events (from creation to completion)
10. Transmit quality culture
- Ensures the transmission and appropriation of the Quality culture
11. Know and use quality reference documents and SAFRAN quality tools (PPAP,APQP,8D,FMEA…)
- Using the Safran toolbox, choose the appropriate method and use it
12. DVI-PPAP Management
- Implement and manage PVI process at suppliers and establish the part conformity through the DVI
13. Technical Skills
- Ability to recognize the capability of the supplier to some specific process needed to fulfill product design
