1. Roles & Responsibility

Finance Business Partner for Service Products: Act as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for commercial product managers. Support the commercial team in quotation modeling, pricing strategy, insightful analysis to ensure top line & bottom-line growth.

Operational Finance Management: Lead the Service operational finance for the entire China region. Focus on COGS management, cost forecast accuracy for service business, and productivity analysis.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively propose critical suggestions for business process improvement based on financial data and operational reality to enhance overall business agility.
2. Qualification/Requirements

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial management, prefer within a multinational manufacturing.

Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related management discipline.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in commercial finance and business partnering. Solid understanding of costing principles and operational finance is highly preferred.

System Knowledge: Proficient in using major Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP or Oracle. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling mindset are essential.

Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
