Job Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Rhythm Management
Own the end-to-end management of business reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive operational cadences.
Consolidate and analyze business performance data to develop insightful narratives and executive-ready materials.
Drive operational reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across the region.
Ensure alignment of key business priorities, metrics, and action plans.
2. Executive Support & Chief of Staff Functions
Act as a trusted strategic partner to AP leadership.
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, and pre-read documents for critical meetings and engagements.
Track leadership commitments and follow-up actions to ensure execution.
Coordinate leadership communications and facilitate decision-making processes.
3. Strategic Program Management
Lead and coordinate high-priority business initiatives across the region.
Drive execution of transformational programs, organizational priorities, and business process improvements.
Establish governance mechanisms, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
Ensure critical initiatives remain on track and deliver measurable business impact.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between the AP Solution Business and global business operations, strategy, and functional teams.
Facilitate collaboration across business units, markets, and regions.
Identify opportunities to scale best practices and replicate successful initiatives.
Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
5. Strategic Insight & Business Planning
Support annual planning, forecasting, and business strategy development.
Analyze business trends, operational performance, and organizational needs.
Identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and business risks.
Provide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights.
6. Talent & Organizational Effectiveness
Support leadership team effectiveness and organizational planning activities.
Coordinate talent review processes, succession planning discussions, and key people initiatives.
Enable leaders to dedicate more time to coaching, talent development, and business growth activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, chief of staff, or related functions.
Strong project and program management capabilities with a proven record of driving complex initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to transform data into executive-level insights.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and geographically dispersed environment.
