Job Summary:Responsibilities:
Provides Beverages service to TEC members according to recipe presentation standards
Serves with integrity, honesty, politeness and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organised workplace
Help clearing used coffee cups and maintaining the tidiness of the lounge area and meeting rooms.
Monitor the consumption of coffee beans and milk, and report when the stock is running low.
Report the sales of each type of coffee monthly.
Proactively communicate with TEC members and reflect feedback to EAs respectively.
Requirements:
1-2 years of full-time coffee shop work experience; proficient in operating espresso machines and familiar with making a variety of coffee beverages;
- Healthy and presentable, with a passion for coffee making;
- Strong service awareness and communication skills, able to prepare and serve coffee beverages promptly and accurately according to customer needs;
- Positive work attitude, diligent, and a good team player;
- Basic English communication skills.
