About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, culturally-savvy talents with native-level proficiency in one of the following languages—Russian, Khmer, Portuguese (Brazilian), Tamil, or Telugu—to join our Beijing headquarters. You will act as the "Market Bridge" between our global strategy and your home region—leading cold-start initiatives, tailoring social products to local cultural nuances, and building operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Market Cold-Start & Strategy
Lead end-to-end market entry initiatives for your designated region, covering user research, competitive analysis, and the development of actionable regional growth playbooks.
Localized Campaigns
Design and execute culturally-attuned marketing campaigns (online & offline) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
Content & Operations System
Establish a seamless multilingual content production and operational workflow—localizing materials and bridging language gaps within the cross-regional team.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, tech, and design teams in Beijing to voice regional user needs and ensure strong product-market fit.
Requirements
Language & Cultural Competency
- Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: Russian, Khmer, Portuguese (Brazilian), Tamil, or Telugu.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required—both spoken and written—to ensure smooth daily communication with the Beijing headquarters.
- Deep understanding of your home country's pop culture, internet trends, and user behavior.
Experience
- Background in overseas social product operations, marketing, or community management.
- Prior experience with social/dating/entertainment apps is strongly preferred.
Mindset
- Strong interest in emerging markets.
- Proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, startup-like environment.
Work Authorization
- Must be willing to relocate to Beijing, China.
