Job Summary
SAP PTP scope encompasses SAP PP, 5~8 years plus 4 full SAP implementation experience and English speaking and writing must be excellent. Master Data migration methodology including Materials, BOMs, Work center and Routings), Planning (Long Term Planning, MPS and MRP), Production Process (Engineer-to-Order, Assemble-to-Order, Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock and Variant Configuration), Capacity Planning, …in a discrete (electrical and electronics) manufacturing environment. SAP PLM and/or Enovia (Engineering Drawings, ECN). Forecasting – SAP SOP planning, Demand Solution is a plus. Knowledge and experience of integration with other module such as SD,MM, WM and CO. Interface between SAP and Peripheral system such as MES, or other quality library system etc. The PTP client community includes: Engineering Department (NPD engineers, Product Engineers and ETO engineers) Supply Chain Department (specifically the Planners) Operations Department (specifically ME and Production) Quality Management Departm
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee end-to-end sap s/4hana production planning projects from planning to execution phases.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and design efficient production planning solutions within sap s/4hana.
3. Configure, customize, and implement sap s/4hana production planning modules according to business needs and best practices.
4. Conduct system testing, user training, and provide postimplementation support to ensure smooth operations.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any production planning issues and optimize system performance.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, sap updates, and best practices related to production planning processes.
