Senior Manager, Hearthstone Product Management

Blizzard is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager - Product Management to join us in shaping the future of Hearthstone in China. We are looking for candidates with experience managing free-to-play games, driving business outcomes and delivering features that meaningfully improve metrics and enhance the player experience.

Drive Hearthstone China’s commercial performance and player engagement through data-driven decision making, KPI ownership, and continuous iteration on features and LiveOps.

Be directly responsible for product ideas to grow the HS China business. Oversee the process from idea, proposal analysis, feasibility, execution, impact and postmortem.

Oversee the success of Hearthstone in China by assessing product and publishing effectiveness in the region, and providing improvement plans.

Own the China product strategy and roadmap, aligning with global vision while tailoring experiences to the needs of the Chinese player base.

Partner closely with our dev team and publishing partner to align priorities, execution, and long-term strategy.

Develop deep expertise on Hearthstone, the China market, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and player-focused decisions.

Drive experimentation, testing, and post-launch analysis to continuously optimize performance.

Translate business goals into clear roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes; track and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Represent product strategy and performance in leadership discussions, clearly articulating results, risks, and recommendations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with development, publishing, marketing, analytics, and finance to aligned product execution with business performance.

Own and manage relationships with key partners and champion efforts that build synergy, trust, collaboration, and inclusivity within the organization.

4+ years of experience in game product management, strategy, or related roles within gaming or technology.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Deep understanding of live-service game engagement systems, game economies, personalization, and commerce.

Demonstrated analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Love for games and creating fun & compelling player experiences.

Passionate, self-motivated, and driven to create and execute great ideas cross-functionally.

Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of navigating ambiguity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and influencing outcomes in high-growth environments.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving operations and fostering innovation within teams.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong proficiency in English required for effective communication with local and global teams.
