WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruitment Delivery & Candidate Journey

Manage the full life-cycle of assigned roles, ensuring high expertise and quality throughout

Build attraction strategies to proactively source top talent and develop pipelines for key roles

Assess and steer the competence assessment process; prepare business interviews and advise on hiring decisions

Prepare, deliver, and negotiate job offers; provide feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth handover to pre-boarding
Talent Advisory & Business Partnership
-
Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers, ensuring expectation alignment and effective communication
-
Connect recruitment strategy to the broader People roadmap, monitor performance KPIs, and define action plans
-
Enable seamless collaboration between People Lifecycle, People Specialist Partnering, and Business Functions
Process Implementation
- Drive high‑quality implementation and adoption of global Grow & Contribute processes by embedding them into day‑to‑day operations, ensuring relevance to local context while maintaining global intent and standards

Act as the local subject‑matter partner for Grow & Contribute, enabling leaders, People Business Partners, and People Generalists to confidently own and consistently apply people processes and tools

Act as a bridge between global design and local reality, representing local needs and constraints while reinforcing consistency in philosophy, principles, and ways of working

Facilitate, curate, and implement relevant learning programs, supporting local adaptations and strategies

Align performance development and learning processes with goals and organizational objectives
Insights & Support

Monitor effectiveness, adoption, and outcomes using data and feedback; translate insights into concrete improvement actions and provide structured input to global People PLC Specialists / SMEs to strengthen process design and usability

Support the Head of People / People Manager with specialist insight and analysis to inform people strategy, prioritization, and forward‑looking decisions linked to business needs

Measure and analyze leadership performance and development needs
Capability Building & People Development

Build sustainable people and leadership capability through training, enablement, and coaching, ensuring long‑term, independent application of processes and practices

Provide personalized coaching to managers for targeted skill development

Facilitate leadership development interventions based on local needs
-
Coach people leaders on goal setting, performance metrics, and improvement strategies
Insights & Performance Monitoring

Monitor effectiveness, adoption, and outcomes using data and feedback; translate insights into concrete improvement actions

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
Education
-
Relevant university degree (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar)
Skills

Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in sourcing tools, recruitment systems, and data-driven hiring approaches
-
Ability to translate global frameworks into practical, locally workable solutions
-
Proven capability to build leadership capability, influence behaviour, and drive sustainable change
-
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with confidence to operate across functions, markets, and regions
-
Excellent negotiation abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience
-
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
-
Experience implementing and enabling people processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
-
Demonstrated accountability for adoption, outcomes, and continuous improvement
