工作职责:
- 统筹当班前台全时段运营,保证奢华标准服务全程落地,管控在岗员工仪容仪态、服务话术与接待细节。
- 全权处理宾客所有诉求、投诉与特殊需求,以高端礼遇标准妥善安抚宾客,快速解决入住、房型、噪音、设施等各类问题,维护住客尊享体验。
- 把控客房入住、退房、升级、礼遇赠送、VIP 接待全流程,对接贵宾行程安排,落实专属欢迎礼遇、陪同看房等高奢定制接待服务。
- 监督前厅账务、押金、挂账、杂项消费单据合规操作,核对当班营收、房态数据,管控现金与刷卡账务,杜绝财务差错。
- 巡查酒店公区大堂、电梯、休息区、前台区域环境、灯光香氛、陈列陈设,确保空间整洁雅致,符合奢华酒店视觉与氛围标准。
- 做好当班工作记录、宾客偏好档案更新、交接班事项交接,每日汇总宾客反馈与运营问题,向上级前厅经理汇报当班整体情况。
工作要求:
- 至少1年国际品牌酒店的同岗位工作经验。

We are looking for Front Office Assistant Manager who is passionate about work and loves the position they take on.

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top 30 floors of the main tower of Guangzhou International Finance Center, standing by the scenic Pearl River. The hotel features 344 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Through the full-panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the city skyline, feeling as if they are "above the clouds". It has 7 F&B outlets in total, including one Michelin One-Star Chinese restaurant and one Michelin-recommended restaurant. It is a stylish gathering spot in the city for exquisite food and wine, perfect service, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-shift front desk daily operations, ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards, and supervise staff grooming, service dialogue and guest handling details during shifts.
- Take full ownership of all guest requests, complaints and special requirements. Comfort guests with premium hospitality standards, promptly resolve issues concerning check-in, room category, noise, facilities and more to safeguard an exclusive guest experience.
- Manage the entire workflow of check-in, check-out, room upgrade, amenity provision and VIP reception. Coordinate VIP schedules and deliver bespoke luxury services including exclusive welcome amenities and room tours.
- Supervise compliant handling of front office accounts, deposits, city ledgers and miscellaneous consumption vouchers.
- Reconcile shift revenue and room status data, monitor cash and card transactions to eliminate financial discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas including lobby, elevators, lounges and front desk; monitor lighting, fragrance and displays to maintain a neat, elegant ambiance aligned with luxury hotel aesthetic standards.
- Complete shift logs, update guest preference profiles and conduct thorough handover briefings.
- Compile daily guest feedback and operational issues, and submit a full shift report to the Front Office Manager.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of work experience in an international brand hotel. Hardworking, upright and responsible.
- With excellent leadership, resilience and strong brand awareness.
- Have fluent English communication skills.
