— 技术员厂务工作内容Technician
主要职责概述:
1. 对厂务基础设施进行定期维修和检查,进行日常的操作和维护,确保设备的正常运行。
2. 配合实验室机台进出时厂务侧的水电气部分的拆除和接驳。
3. 及时发现并处理基础设备的问题,预防潜在故障。
4. 组织协调并监管供应商定期对分管设备的现场工作。
5. 提供技术支持,解决项目现场出现的技术难题。
6. 参与制定和优化设备维护流程与标准。
7. 检查(验收)设备的运行情况,报告运行故障和报修结果;
8. 设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作。
9. 撰写工作报告及基础数据分析,完成现场工程月度服务数据报告内容。
— 实验室管理员工作内容 Lab admin
主要职位概述:
主要负责实验室的机台管理。
- 能独立操作实验室机台。能独立对机台进行开关机,更换芯片板卡,确保机台正常运行。
- 根据实验室管理规范和要求检查监督进入的人员的行为和操作符合要求。
- 每天设备巡检,能做台账,及相关的巡检记录。
- 设施设备有故障,能即使反馈,采取相关应急措施。
- 每天做好交接班工作,做好设备的清点,耗品的盘点。
- 能整理库房,需要做些简单的搬运工作。
- 能服从上级的工作安排。
工作条件:
- 工作条件: 办公室和实验室工作环境
- 需要适应一定的加班和紧急情况处理的要求。
任职要求:
- 具有3年以上相关工作经验 。
- 拥有大专专科及以上学历,如机电工程、暖通空调、电气、机械、自动化等相关专业背景,资深技术员级别。
- 熟练掌握电脑办公软件(如Microsoft Office),包括Word、Excel和PowerPoint,CAD绘图等工具的使用。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够与不同部门和供应商进行有效的协调和合作。
- 具备解决问题和决策能力,能够在压力下工作并应对紧急情况。
- 具有丰富的厂务设施维护经验,能独立处理常见问题。
- 熟悉基础设施维修流程和操作规范,具备良好的安全意识。
- 持有低压电工证。

- 持有相关职业资格证书。
- 有一定的英语能力。
- 半导体行业技术员相关专业背景。
- 有多个项目组工作经验,能快速适应不同环境的能力。
