Job Description:
This is a substantial role in Small Commodity Wholesale team who will take charge of one of the regions for:

Lead coverage and distribution expansion plan alignment, execution, tracking, review and optimization.

Empower customer to expand their retail stores and new retail formats, such as snack stores and dark stores

Forecast distributor’s demand based on past customer’s shipment data, coordinate production with the PS Team.

Strong ownership, self-discipline, fast learning ability, to think and act as a business professional.

Skills: Strong communication, planning skills, accountable for all detail process and keeping compliance.

Training: Training capability to develop customers’ sales team.

Experience: Proven track record in expanding new regions and acquiring new customers in retail and FMCG industry.
