Ensure business continuity for the management and support of local HR applications within China, specifically for the Partnering & Support China team. The role is structured around two core areas: Application Management & User Support, focusing on daily operational tasks and resolving user issues for systems like DOE; and System Maintenance & Lifecycle Management, which covers system health, updates, and process improvements. This ensures both immediate support and long-term application viability. Given the focus on direct application support and maintenance, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in IT support and systems management. Key requirements include technical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with database management, and the ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
