- According to customer needs and design qualified samples.
- Arrange to import qualified products into trial production.
- According to the specific design of products, timely innovation work, and form a patent.
- Deal with all kinds of product related problems raised by customers.
- Carry out cost and process optimization, work process improvement, form input improvement report.
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design/mechanical and electrical engineering major.
- At least 3 years experience in design and development of small household appliance or related industry, able to lead and complete project development independently.
- Good project management experience, strong adaptability.
- Good execution and teamwork spirit, creative thinking.
