Budget & Feasibility Review
Validate budgets, staffing models, and operational assumptions for accuracy and feasibility.
Identify operational risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and propose solutions.
Perform basic modeling or comparative analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure strategies align with internal guardrails and customer expectations.
Process & Operational Excellence
Follow standardized strategy development processes and contribute to improvements. Maintain high-quality documentation, version control, and audit-ready materials.
Meet SLAs for strategy deliverables and support shifting priorities.
Ensure operational narratives are consistent across cross-functional inputs.
Systems, Tools & Documentation
Use internal tools to track strategy inputs, budgets, and operational assumptions.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all strategy components.
Support adoption of new templates, frameworks, and strategy tools.
Ensure data integrity across all strategy materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with BD, Operations, Medical, and Finance to gather and validate inputs.
Facilitate alignment discussions and ensure clarity on operational requirements.
Support junior strategists through informal coaching or guidance.
