- Providing advice, guidance and support to the BGs in China for their data protection and compliance topics, leading the preparation of the internal policies regarding data compliance and support the implementation in different BGs, and etc.
- Develop and continuously improve the internal data compliance structure for the whole group according to the most updated laws and regulations. Define and prepare Data Protection Program applicable in China by liaising with Data Security functions in F&Co and other regions.
- Monitor and advice on implementation of all applicable rules and regulations in China and inform relevant stakeholders from time to time.
- Supports on authority interview and investigation matters related to data compliance.

- Legal advice and documents review/preparation on commercial contracts, labor relate topics, and corporate legal matters.
- Participate in projects or transactions such as M&A, new entity and etc.
- Other assisting work as legal research, translation and documentation.
- Bachelor degree in Law.
- Fluent English and Mandarin (both in oral and in written); Pass the bar examination will be a plus.
- 3-5 years working experience in law firm or legal department of multi-international companies.
- With experience in data compliance topic (or at least have interests in this area and willing to learn) and willing to focus on this topic in the future.
- Good communication skill and team work spirit; Responsible and reliable.
