We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end strategy for an AI SDLC project. Your mission is to design practical target-state architectures that leverage AI agents to optimize workflows and boost velocity. You will be responsible for the setup, configuration and continuous optimization of these tools, ensuring every solution meets the highest standards of security, governance and usability.
Responsibilities

Assess the client’s current SDLC processes, tools and delivery environment
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements across the software delivery lifecycle
- Define the target AI SDLC solution architecture
- Design AI agent usage scenarios, integration points and guardrails
- Support the setup, configuration and optimization of AI agents
- Align the solution with client goals, technical constraints and governance needs
- Refine the solution based on EPAM and client feedback
- Provide architectural guidance during implementation and adoption
Requirements

Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise delivery environments
- Practical experience with AI and GenAI-enabled solutions
- Familiarity with agent-based solutions, AI workflows or intelligent automation
- Clear stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation
- Experience in AI SDLC transformation
- Knowledge of LLM-based solutions, prompt/instruction optimization, and AI governance
- Fluency in Cantonese
