工作内容：
- 监督咖啡馆的日常运营，包括管理员工，监控库存，确保客户满意度
- 监督工作人员的日程安排，并能够在工作人员生病或缺席的情况下迅速找到替代人员
- 监控预算，确保咖啡馆保持盈利。积极寻找降低运营成本的方法，同时扩大咖啡客户基础
- 与客户密切合作，回答问题，倾听客户对食品质量和客户服务的投诉，并及时解决这些投诉
- 确保所有的政策和程序被遵守，并保持一个清洁和有组织的工作环境
任职资格：
- 适应灵活的工作时间，以满足业务需求，包括晚上，周末和节假日
- 必须有食品加工许可证，并了解有关食品健康和安全的法规
