Requirements/Qualification
Over 3 years in process development and project management 3年以上工艺开发与项目管理经验
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills具备良好的人际交往和领导能力
Experience of PMP拥有PMP项目管理经验
College degree or above in electronics or electrical related大专及以上学历，电子或电气相关专业
Responsibility
1. New product introduction(NPI) projects management to meet customer quality and delivery under planed resource, cost and timeline by cooperate with cross function team members; 通过跨职能团队协作，在计划资源、成本和时间内完成新产品导入（NPI）项目管理，以满足客户的质量和交付要求。
2. Internal and external communication to make sure project running smoothly; 进行内外部沟通，确保项目顺利运行。
3. Routing reports base on communication plan; 根据沟通计划定期提交报告
4. Enigneering change management; 工程变更管理
5. Any other tasks given by manager; 完成经理交办的其他任务
6. Excess cost control during NPI and ECN. 在NPI及ECN阶段控制额外成本
