We are seeking an operational Team Lead to oversee the daily execution and resource coordination of three specialized sub-teams: PSC , QRC , and S&P.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Coordination & Resource Management
Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the PSC, QRC, and S&P sub-teams, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to meet the volume demands .
Handle administrative personnel matters, including attendance, leave management, and general team welfare.
2. Execution Support
Act as the local point of contact for immediate operational hurdles (e.g., system access issues, immediate resource gaps) that may hinder the team’s ability to follow the established processes.
Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the Manila-based Business TLs regarding team availability, operational risks, and execution status
Facilitate clear communication between the local team and Manila leadership to ensure instructions are understood and executed as intended.
3. Team Engagement & Basic Coaching
Foster a positive team environment and handle basic employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with Manila TLs to identify training needs related to specific process updates.
Support the professional well-being of the team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and environment to perform their duties.
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of experience in operations coordination, team supervision, or shared services support.
Management Style: Proven ability to manage teams in a "hands-off" process environment, respecting the authority of remote functional leaders.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between local staff and remote (Manila) leadership. Ability to translate business directives from Manila into actionable daily tasks for the team.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a matrix structure where process authority and people/operational management are split across geographies.
