基本工作职责:
该岗位员工的职责是,但不限于以下内容:协助生产线按时完成生产任务;对生产过程中使用的设备夹具,模具进行维修调整。
工作职责:

SMT 生产运营技术支持,设备异常处理,故障诊断;
- 有较快的处理设备故障和调试设备的能力,最大程度的减少停机;
- 每次试产或量产时,认真核对程序,确保程序使用0失误;
- 多台设备异常时,要有最大程度减少当班POEE 影响的思维和行动;
- 根据设备保养计划全面完成设备的保养工作;
- 认真填写各类报表,确保各种审核参数的-致性。
- 设备潜在问题的发现,纠正以及遗留问题的跟踪处理与上报;
- 生产品质状况监控以及改善;
- 生产物料损耗监控以及改善;
- 机种切换技术支持以及相关设备的程序调整;
- 设备备件管理及消耗反馈,协助工程师对备件进行有效地管理;
- 离线治工具维护保养,如贴片工作头,供料器等;
- 为人诚实,工作务实,品行端正,有较强的责任心和上进心;
- 良好的沟通技能及团队合作精神;
- 具有-定的抗压能力;
- 熟悉IATF16949 / ISO14001/ISO45001体系要求。
岗位要求:
- 大专以上学历,计算机或者工业自动化专业优先(经验丰富者,学历可适当放宽);
- SMT 技术员从业经验三年以上;
- 如有工业自动化设备设计,装配,PLC程序编写,Viscom7056RS调试经验优先;
- 基本的英文读写能力,能看懂相关手册,电路图;
- 熟悉DEK,MPM印刷机,FUJI NXT贴片机,ERSA回流炉,SPI: Kohyoung,Parmi AOI:VI-5K/Kohyoung/Viscom7056RS光学检测仪等设备的操作,保养以及常见故障的诊断,排除;
- 熟悉以上设备的程序编写及调试;
- 熟练使用FUJI贴片机相关软件,Fujiflexa,Fujitrax,Fuji accessory software;
- 熟悉IPC-A-610相关电子装配接受标准;
- 了解电脑的硬件组成及功能,熟练使用office办公软件。What Will Put You Ahead
