我們正在尋找一位具策略思維與人才發展熱忱的培訓部經理 (L&D Manager),負責規劃與推動全飯店的人才發展策略,打造高效能團隊並強化組織競爭力。
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to drive talent development initiatives, enhance organizational capability, and foster a strong learning culture across the hotel.
主要職責|Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute training plans to support business and talent development
規劃並執行培訓計畫,支持營運與人才發展
Drive leadership development, employee growth, and performance improvement
推動主管培育與員工發展,提升整體績效
Lead internship programs and manage school partnerships
負責實習生招募與培訓,並建立與學校合作關係
Deliver training programs and enhance learning effectiveness
執行培訓課程並優化學習成效
Promote a strong learning culture and employee engagement
建立學習型組織並提升員工參與度
Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational needs
與各部門合作,確保培訓符合實務需求
✅ 任職條件|Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred)
具備5年以上培訓或人才發展經驗(飯店或服務業尤佳)
Experience in internship program management or campus engagement is a plus
具備實習專案或校園合作經驗尤佳
Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and talent development
熟悉課程設計、授課與人才培育
Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
具優秀跨部門溝通及專案推動能力
Passion for people development and organizational growth
對人才發展與組織成長具高度熱忱
Fluent in Mandarin with intermediate English communication skills
中文流利,具備英文中等溝通能力
