Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant finance work experience preferred.
Language: CET-6 certified, with fluent written English and basic spoken English communication skills.
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in formulas (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.), conditional formatting, and chart creation. Able to independently design and maintain PivotTables for multi-dimensional cross-analysis.
Other Competencies: Strong resilience and adaptability. Quick to master Bosch’s internal budget planning system and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional collaboration environment.
