We are looking for Director of Events Management.
As a Director of Events Management, we rely on you to:
Develop and oversee the banquet events (e.g., weddings, conferences, galas, corporate events), analyzing market demand to price events competitively and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with F&B team to ensure seamless food and beverage service for events activity.
Creates a cohesive team culture and work environment to drive teams’ cooperation in achieving departmental goals.
Be knowledgeable of market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential opportunities.
Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability while meeting client expectations.
We are looking for someone who:
6+ years of proven experience in event management, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity in a 5-star international hotel.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
Awareness of current trends in event technology, sustainability practices, and guest experience innovation.
Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to last-minute changes.
Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
