Job Descriptions：
1. As the main contact for customers, we have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide relative services.
2. Responsible for the formulation and execution of sales targets.
3. Develop and approach potential customers with existing services for building products industry.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies for target industries (e.g., floorings, windows & doors, coatings, curtain walls, hardware, finishes, wood panels, etc)
5. Coordinate external and internal resources (e.g., partner labs, other business fields within TUV Rheinland) to deliver the project and meet the customer’s requirements.
6. Organize and arrange necessary marketing events such as seminar, certificate awarding ceremony, etc
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, technology, business or related field are preferred.
2. Enough knowledge of construction industry including but not limited to building products, engineering project, real estate maintenance and operation.
3. Relevant working experience in peer companies are preferred.
4. Strong business development capabilities with high self-motivated mentality are preferred.
5. Teamwork spirity is essential.
