MAIN Misions:
Responsibility 1
Coaching and arrange the preparation of working instruction and abnormal situation countermeasure.
Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.
Industrialization preparation coordination between program and plant, participate in the program development gate review.
Application of Pokayoke and SPC.
Optimization of process flow and parameter. prepare the machine improvement specification and technical communication with supplier.
Participate in quality/safety problem cause analysis and corrective action.
Coordinate with logistic/purchasing department and arrange the internal package design and validation of supplier components package.
Responsibility 2:
In charge of the production team training about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning.
Make the department employee training planning and treat the internal affair of engineering department.
Responsibility 3:
Attend the plant layout and building extension.
Responsibility 4:
Attend the preparation of CAPEX budget
Responsibility 5:
Able to stop the work in the event of EHS risks
Have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk
Profile:
Personal Background
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Industrial Company
Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
Bachelor degree
Bachelor major in Mechanical Design or industrial engineering or mechanical and automation or product design
Job Technical skills
Basic mechanical & electrical & automation knowledge
Industrial project management
Good knowledge of LOTO
Job Soft skills
Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
Work actively, can withstand pressure, strong team cooperation ability
Excellent communication skills
