What You Will Do-
具备测试机台评估选择的能力,能够结合模具加工和项目进度进行 SRN ,物料耗用申请;
- 按照作业指导书的要求,独立完成新模具架模,夹具安装,调试;
- 熟练操作 SUMITOMO , SODICK 注塑机, Yushin , Star 机械手,具备机械参数优化能力;
- 具备参照检验规范对产品进行外观检验;
- 具备 eDART 曲线匹配,参数优化的能力,能够按照 FOT 优化表格进行参数优化;
- 能够独立或联络相关团队快速解决测试过程中遇到的问题点,缩短测试时间;
- 能够记录,分析,总结新模具测试过程中的异常,并推动设计,加工或外部供应商协同解决;
能够管理新模具的测试验证进程,确保项目顺利移交,提供远程或现场支持完成该流程;
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 七年以上塑胶模具架模,生产相关经验;
- 会操作电动行车,电动叉车,并具备上岗证 ;
- 对产品常见模具问题的解决,以及机器报警的解除;
- 了解注塑成型 / 模具开发流程;
- 具备-定的英语读写能力,具有团队合作能力,协调与沟通相关部门对异常问题的解决 ;
熟练使用办公软件,具备良好的沟通协调能力以及表达能力 ;
