Daily documentation/operation for Sea-freight shipment;
- Communication with suppliers,vendors and oversea agent, maintain the smooth relation with customer;
- Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information;
- Arrange booking with carrier under agent's
- Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system;
- Keep agent informed for any changes;
- Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request;
- Update related charges in system in time.
