Join us as Marketing Management manager to grow Infineon’s lighting and industrial power
Key responsibilities in your new role

Drive Design-win and Revenue growth in lighting and industrial power
-
Collect and analyze market feedback, align with HQ on China market dynamics, propose Infineon offering to address customer needs

Explore new emerging applications and develop new focus customers
-
Define pricing strategy for Greater China to maximize profit margins
-
Lead new product definition and proposals, specifically tailored to China market requirements
-
Deliver technical training on products and applications to customers and distributors
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
-
BSEE or MSEE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields preferred
-
5+ years of experience in product development or technical sales within power conversion, motor control or related fields
-
System-level experience or knowledge in power conversion or motor drives is preferred
-
Business-fluent English and native Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Self-motivated, accountable, creative problem-solver, and strong team player
-
Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
