About the Team
This position is part of the ZF ADAS & HPC business unit known internally as "Capri." This business unit is planned for divestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company and global innovator in automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.
What you can look forward to as Test Equipment Engineer:
Design, set up and debug the functional tester, durability tester of automotive electronics products.
Support the validation engineer to design and make the test box, test fixture and test harness.
Develop a local supplier of test rig, fixture and harness, that are appropriate to perform the design for ADAS electronics products.
Conduct the preventive maintenance of test rigs.
Implement the lab 5S plan.
Act as a liaison between the local test lab and other global test centres and manufacturing plants to align the global test strategies and methodology.
Support validation engineers both in their day-to-day activities and training.
Perform any other duties assigned temporarily by the test manager.
Your Profile as Test Equipment Engineer:
Bachelor in Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering or Control Engineering.
8+ years in automotive electronics industry, 3+ years in ADAS electronics product.
Good Collaboration, Good reading & written English skills and fluent oral English.
Design, set up and debug the functional tester, durability tester for the automotive electronics products.
Skilled in Vector CANoe, CAPL with VNbox, proficient in developing test tools using C#/.NET; capable of Python scripting.
Able to independently setup test benches; familiar with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, programmable power supplies, Ethernet testers, etc.
